Your personal risk level. While everyone has First Amendment rights your level of protection from retaliation will vary based upon your job. Some groups in particular may have less protections including Public Health Service Officers, Schedule F, Contractors, and Fellows. Additionally, there are personal safety considerations. These groups should strongly consider only signing anonymously. Please take time to consider your risk level carefully when deciding if and how you sign.

If you are a current employee, DO NOT sign during your tour of duty or using any government/work devices. Sign outside of work hours and on your own personal device.
